SensualU inspires women and their partners to connect to their core selves through ongoing, live conversations that provide resources to explore and examine their sexual history, bring awareness to their present experience and fuel their expanding desire to empower themselves as sensual beings.
Who We Are:
Elizabeth Wood and Dan Powers met because of their shared desire; they desire to transform the conversation of sex and sexuality throughout the world. They believe that open conversation and informed discussion of sex and sexuality will bring greater awareness and fact-based education to the topic allowing greater personal freedom and choice. Having joined together in both a personal and professional relationship, Elizabeth and Dan blend their individual skills and experiences in the healing workshops, educational teachings, and private sessions offered for individuals and couples. The space created by the two is one of safety where integrity, trust and understanding are prioritized in all the work they do.
Elizabeth Wood
Elizabeth is an experienced Sex Therapist and relationship expert promoting sexual health, education and awareness since 1998. As a Social Worker, Elizabeth helped countless women and couples develop greater levels of connectivity in their relationships and achieve more satisfying and stimulating levels of intimacy. Her passionate commitment to helping women inspired the creation of SensualU where that passion is channeled into the unique services offered to individuals and couples.
Elizabeth has studied with many Tantra Masters and is a Certified Tantra Educator through the School of Source Tantra founded by Charles Muir. She recently completed her third level of the Chuluaqui Quodoushka Spiritual Sexuality teachings. In addition, she has had extensive training in the art and practice of women’s orgasm taught by Orgasmic Providers and OneTaste. Elizabeth is delighted to share these practices with women who desire to more fully live their Orgasm. Daka-Dan
Dan is a Certified Tantra Educator through the Source School of Tantra founded by Charles Muir. In addition, he has completed levels 1-4 of Chuluaqui Quodoushka Spiritual Sexuality training, has studied Taoist sexual healing practices, has attended The Body Electric School, and has become versed in the somatic healing practices taught by Orgasmic Providers and OneTaste. As an integral part of SensualU, he incorporates his extensive studies in direct work with individuals and couples who seek greater depth and intimacy in their relationships. Dan currently hosts the website www.sacredsexcolorado.com highlighting the organization Advocates and Educators for Sexual Awareness (AESA) whose members promote a loving, joyous, and conscious world through sex-positive education and coaching. Dan co-produces Beyond The Bedroom, an event designed to forward the mission of educating people about the healing aspects and energies of human sexuality in a safe and inviting environment.
